Megalpoint Records, also known as Megalpoint TV, Megalpoint Entertainment or simply Megalpoint Conglomerate, is a renowned entertainment and media company, the journey began fourteen years ago in the “heartbeat” of Nigeria before expanding to Italy in 2010. It took off slowly as a business centre – opened for all kinds of assistance in terms of computer repairs and other digital paraphernalia. It remains a registered company under the Public Affairs Commission in Nigeria. It was officially commissioned as a full-blown business conglomerate .
In 2003 and was situated at N° 1 Erediauwa Street, off Upper Sakponba Road, Benin City. It might wonder many over the years, the rationale behind the “L” alphabet added to “MEGA”.
The idea was to create an empire with an identity distinct from the usual, but sending the same message. Thusly, “POINT” was added to garnish it and form a word that will come to stay. In his understanding and that of Mr. Osasuyi Eghianruwa “MEGALPOINT” is a combination of two words spiced to create a compound word which loosely means “BIG.”
About the Ceo:
Kenneth Airen, started his educational pursuit at Ohuoba Primary School and from there he moved to Word of Faith primary school, both in Benin City and later went on to Immaculate Conception College. After obtaining his Secondary School Certificate, he enrolled in Grace Land Educational Centre for further studies. He obtained a Diploma Certificate with distinctions in computer publishing in 2001 at Youth Skills and with his unquenchable appetite for knowledge in electronic materials, he ventured into Mobile phone software and hardware engineering and successfully graduated in 2002 from InfoTalk Telecoms.
His early training in the above fields gave him an edge over his contemporaries and he is reckoned as a trailblazer in Global System for Mobile Communication in Edo state. To crown it all, he gained admission into Auchi Polytechnic to study Mechanical Engineering, in 2003 and was successful in his final examination in 2005.
Megalpoint grew rapidly and became a recognized institution in computer training. In 2005, the management was contracted by Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) to train students in computer studies and more than seven hundred students went through the programme and were successful.
This was a celebrated achievement owing to the confidence reposed on the company by the Federal Government of Nigeria. In the quest for excellence and pastures green, Engr. Kenneth Airen left the shores of Nigeria to Italy and settled in Turin. He went to work very quickly and registered Megalpoint Conglomerate as a business entity with the Italian Chambers of Commerce in 2010.
Since then, he has withered the stardom and carved a niche for himself as a director. He has progressively gained more grounds and by dint of hard work, excellence and commitment to duty, he is the C.E.O of Megalpoint Web TV, Megalpoint Records, Megalpoint Entertainment and has signed many talented European and African artistes under his Label. He is also the manager of Xummit Night Club, an entertainment center, known for hosting mainstream artistes and celebrities worldwide, along side the Megalpoint entertainment company has produced music,Films,Interview videos for chains of notable entertainers .
He is also into photography, event planning and cultural activities. His numerous works in entertainment industry can be found on YouTube, social fora and information platforms. As a business minded man, his cravings for success has never waned and on this score, he has continued to explore irrespective of the ups and downs that are associated with businesses. His achievements are hinged on the solid foundation on which Megalpoint was built and this brings to mind to specially appreciate Mr. Osasuyi Eghianruwa for his support – he remains the Manager Emeritus of Megalpoint. In the same vein, his appreciation goes to the first female staff in Edo State, Favour Musiliat Ajose for her commitment, steadfastness and positive impact. Megalpoint’s journey in Italy, won’t have been smooth without the willingness, help and uncommon love of Engr. Solomon Akpoyomare and Mr. Frank Oke Igwema.

M-lex, now called Mlex Songz, was signed to Megalpoint Records in 2016 with the sum of $800.000, for a three years recording deal, he is a Nigerian multi-talented singer and a multiple award winning act.

Megalpoints has recorded artists with management deals officially written in memorandum (MOU). The company previously signed Sandi Moral, also known as Megalpoint princess.
